Who we share data with

  • Service providers and subprocessors — hosting and database infrastructure, email delivery, AI model providers used to generate analyses, analytics and support tooling. They act on our instructions under contract.
  • Merchant of Record — Paddle.com acts as reseller and Merchant of Record for our orders, handling checkout, subscription management, payments, tax compliance, invoicing and refunds.
  • Professional advisers — legal, accounting and audit advisers where necessary.
  • Authorities — where required by law or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

We do not sell your personal data.

International transfers

Our providers may process data outside your country, including outside the UK/EEA. Where that happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses.

Retention

We keep account and content data for as long as your account is active and for up to 30 days after closure to allow recovery and export, after which it is deleted or anonymised. Support records are kept for up to 24 months, and billing and tax records for as long as the law requires (typically 6–7 years).

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing of your personal data, to receive a portable copy, and to withdraw consent at any time. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection supervisory authority. To exercise any of these rights, email support@prodenhancer.com. We aim to respond within one month.

Security

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including encryption in transit, access controls, row-level authorisation on our database, and least-privilege access for staff and systems.

Cookies

We use essential cookies required to sign you in and keep the service secure, and limited analytics cookies to understand how the site is used. You can manage or block cookies through your browser settings; blocking essential cookies may prevent parts of the service from working.
