1. Who We Are (Data Controller)

This Privacy Notice is provided by ProdEnhancer ("ProdEnhancer", "we", "us" or "our"). The legal name of the service provider and data controller is "ProdEnhancer"; this is both our registered legal business name and our trading name.

ProdEnhancer determines the purposes and means of the processing of the personal data described in this notice and is therefore the data controller. Contact: support@prodenhancer.com.

2. Data We Collect

Account data (name, email), study data you create (operations, cycle times, notes, uploaded videos), usage and diagnostic logs, and billing metadata returned by our payment provider.

We never receive or store your full card details. Payments are processed by Paddle.

3. How We Use Data and Our Legal Bases

We process your personal data to operate and secure the Service, generate the analyses you request, provide support, process subscriptions, and improve product quality.

Our legal bases for processing are: performance of a contract with you (operating the Service, delivering analyses, account management); legitimate interests (service security, fraud prevention, product improvement); and consent where applicable (e.g. optional communications), which you may withdraw at any time.

4. AI Processing

Study content you submit for analysis is sent to our AI processing provider solely to produce your report. It is not used to train third-party public models.

5. Data Sharing

We share data only with the processors required to run the Service (hosting and database, transactional email, AI analysis), and with professional advisers or authorities where required by law. We do not sell personal data.

Our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com, handles payments, subscription management, tax compliance and invoicing, and processes the associated customer data as an independent controller for those purposes.

6. Retention and Security

Data is retained while your account is active and for a short period afterwards for backup and legal purposes. Access is protected by row-level security so users can read only their own records.

7. Your Rights

You may request access, correction, export or deletion of your personal data at any time by writing to support@prodenhancer.com. Deleting your account removes your studies and personal data.

8. Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies and local storage for authentication and preferences. No advertising cookies are used.
