Terms of Service

1. The Seller

These Terms of Service are provided by ProdEnhancer ("ProdEnhancer", "we", "us" or "our"). The legal name of the seller and service provider is "ProdEnhancer"; this is both our registered legal business name and our trading name, and we operate under no other name.

ProdEnhancer is the seller with whom you are contracting when you use the Service. Contact: support@prodenhancer.com.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using ProdEnhancer ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

3. The Service

ProdEnhancer provides industrial engineering tools for motion study, capacity study, video-based method analysis and related productivity analytics. Outputs are engineering aids and should be reviewed by a qualified industrial engineer before operational decisions are made.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it current.

5. Subscriptions and Credits

Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly. Plans renew automatically until cancelled. Credits included with a plan reset each billing cycle and do not carry over.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

You may upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time from the Billing page. Upgrades take effect immediately with pro-rated charges; downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

6. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, with or without prior notice, if you materially breach these Terms, fail to pay amounts due, or if your use of the Service poses a security, fraud or legal risk to us or other users.

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. Upon termination for cause, your right to use the Service ceases immediately and outstanding amounts remain payable.

7. Acceptable Use

You may not misuse the Service, attempt to gain unauthorised access, reverse engineer it, resell access without permission, or upload content you do not have the right to process.

8. Intellectual Property

ProdEnhancer and its content remain our property. You retain ownership of the study data and videos you upload; you grant us a limited licence to process them in order to deliver the Service.

9. Disclaimer and Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Changes and Contact
